We are thrilled to be offering in-home organizing services during this time, and we look forward to working with you!
We recognize that organizing will look a bit different for the near future, and we’re continuing to develop new protocols and procedures, as we follow the ever-changing statewide orders regarding safe business operations.
We’ve created a set of guidelines in the interest of maintaining the health and safety of both our clients and our team members.
If you have any questions regarding the following, please let us know. We are committed to making every organizing experience feel as comfortable, safe and Practically Perfect as possible!
All Comprehensive Consultations can be held virtually* or in-person, at the availability of each client.
*Virtual Consultations will be scheduled through Zoom, and clients will be able to do a virtual walk-through of any spaces they want to organize.
On-Site Safety Equipment
Practically Perfect will be providing masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to each member of our team. Team members will wear masks at all times inside of client homes.
We request that all clients also wear masks and maintain a respectful distance when interacting with our team members.
We reserve the right to end a session if any organizer feels that their health or safety is compromised by a lack of adherence to our guidelines.
We are continuing to navigate the best methods for maintaining a safe distance while organizing, and our current guidelines are as follows:
- We request that clients either be out of the home or in a separate space while our organizers are working their magic, with the exception of:
- When a space requires hands-on client direction, we ask that clients maintain a 6-foot distance. Clients are encouraged to give comprehensive instructions to our team at the beginning of each session, with periodic check-ins, as needed.
- Each organizer will be assigned to work in a different room/space unless a 6-foot distance is maintainable within the room.
- Team members may take additional short breaks to remove their masks (outside of clients’ homes) and wash their hands and/or change gloves.
A product suggestion list will be created for each project, as needed, and sent to clients for approval before ordering. In instances when products cannot be safely or efficiently procured locally by our organizing team, Practically Perfect may arrange for items to be shipped directly to clients’ homes. In these cases, product installation can commence as soon as all products have arrived.
External Vendors, Outside Visitors + Pets
We ask that clients notify Practically Perfect in advance if you will have outside vendors, family members or friends on-site during an organizing session. In some instances, we may opt to reschedule your session, depending on the ability of our team to effectively social distance.
And although EVERYONE on our team is a total pet fanatic, we respectfully request that any four-legged family members are not hanging out in the spaces being organized by our team members, just for the time being.
